Territory Sales Manager
Location: Texas
Job Summary
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Territory Sales Manager is responsible for performing diversified duties to promote and sell Troxler’s equipment and services to the construction industry.
The focus of the role is to position Troxler as a full service supplier of testing & instrumentation products and services to the customer with the goal of driving stronger revenue growth.
Duties and Responsibilities

Call on prospective and long-term customers to promote and sell product and services and to maintain contacts, demonstrates equipment, answers questions, resolves practical field use problems and performs other routine maintenance as necessary.

Identify personnel with direct or indirect influence relative to the Troxler Product Line. The emphasis will be on key positions, departments and areas, to develop and maintain these relationships to the level that allows Troxler to be effective and maintain the F.O.T. (Friend of Troxler) status and grow MS (Market Share).

Create & maintain a strategy and activity plan designed to accomplish specific goals - NIS (Net Invoice Sales) target, TME (Transformation / Market Expansion), brick wall, increase MS (Market Share), exceed customer expectations, additional training, etc.
Prerequisite Education, Skills, and Technical Knowledge

Minimum of four-year degree with business and/or technical emphasis; plus two years sales experience

Strong technical sales and some equipment service orientation

An entrepreneurial attitude with a “think-outside-the-box” spirit

Must have a proven track record of success and ability to use computer and CRM programs

Ability to establish, build and maintain strong alliances and business relationships with people at all levels in the customer organization

Willingness to travel overnight (60% minimum)
