Terms/Coverage - GAUGES
TheTroxler nuclear gauge maintenance agreement covers the following routine
maintenance and repair at our factory or at any of our Service Centers for
a one year period from the date of purchase:

Annual leak test |
2. |
Annual calibration |
3. |
Clean and lubricate with each repair |
4. |
All required calibrations because of repair |
5. |
Repair or replace defective parts |
6. |
Supply parts for on-site repair when possible and when in the best interest of the customer |
7. |
Perform preventative maintenance on all systems, recalibration and perform annual leak test |
Terms/Coverage - GYRATORY COMPACTORS
Minimize downtime and maximize your profits by keeping your Troxler Gyratory
compactor running like new. The Troxler Gyratory Service Contract includes
routine maintenance to keep your unit in top condition and provides coverage
to have your compactor repaired in the event of failure. The Troxler Gyratory
Compactor Service Contract includes the following:

NIST Traceable Factory Angle Calibration performed |

Full check out of pressure, height, angle & rotation systems |

Inspection and testing of all electronic circuits |

Software and hardware upgrades installed as needed |
Routine Maintenance Service
Routine maintenance service is available for the 4140, 4141, 4155 and NTO.
This service includes:

Calibration and or NIST traceable certifications of load cells, and angle measuring devices |
2. |
Inspection and testing of all electronic circuits and mechanical systems |
3. |
Replacement of routine maintenance items such as gaskets and seals |
4. |
Complete cleaning and lubricating of the unit |
5. |
Rust inhibitor applied to exposed metal area |
6. |
Annual notification by mail of when your next service is due |
